BEELINE HOME DELIVERY

  • We will ship your bike to the mobile Beeline technician in your area. Beeline will deliver it 100% professionally assembled at your scheduled appointment time.

  • You will be presented this mobile delivery option at checkout if it is available in your location.
  • PICK UP AT YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP

  • Depending on your location, you may be presented options at checkout to pickup your fully, professionally assembled bike at a local shop.
  • When picking up your bike, you will be asked to show a valid government-issued ID and the order number displayed on your order confirmation email.
  • You will be presented with local bikes shop options in your area at checkout. Not all geographies offer this option.
  • STANDARD HOME DELIVERY

  • Same day shipping applies to orders processed by 3pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Valid in the contiguous United States (48 states) only.
  • Ready Ride - many of our bikes come pre-assembled with only 4 easy steps to get out on the road.
  • Standard build bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled out of box with some additional assembly required.
  • All bikes shipped signature required via FedEx.

  • CUSTOM STUDIO - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International shipping policy for Diamondback Custom Studio. Applies to bicycles purchased on Custom.Diamondback.com

    We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

    Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

    Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
