Overall Quality

great setup

Review by James K
Overall Quality

After assembling the bike, and adjusting the rear (a must do on arrival, settings were WAY off) the drivetrain shifts like butter! very impressed with SRAM's cheapest 1x11 setup... Swapped out the fork for my Suntour Auron and hit the trails hard, love the extra travel in the rear and the wheels are very impressive, compared to the wheels that came on the Atroz Comp I had before. Planned on upgrading the tires once they wore out, but couldn't wait, and installed a set of tubeless MAXXIS DHF's and now the bike ride's and grips like a bike twice its price.

Awesome Bike

Review by Kev F

To me this is by far the best value bike under $2000. It does everything I want it to do.

Good all-around bike

Review by Grant

I have put ~50mi of dirtpack singletrack on mine so far this season, and love the way it rides. The 27.5" is a great middle ground. Suspension & wheels/tires have held up great on 18"+ drops & semi-rough descents. Really like the ability to lock-out the front and stiffen the dampening on the rear shocks for longer climbs. The handlebar grips come loose pretty easy, recommend replacing. I have a double-locking bolt-on set in the mail. Rear derailleur needs some tuning, but think its just from the break-in period & some cable stretch. The 1x11 setup is awesome as well, can climb up almost anything.

Nice bike

Review by Jt

Good bike. On my old bike (the Atroz Comp) the swing arm broke and I received this bike for free by using my warranty. The swing arm has been reinforced which is nice. The rear shock doesn't have quite as much support to handle some larger bumps without bottoming out. So you'll have to add some volume spacers but other than that I've been very happy with this bike. Great wheels and tires. I would have liked to seen a chain guide on it.
