Line

There was a time when every mountain bike was an all-around hardtail. The Line follows in that great tradition — but that doesn’t mean it’s some kind of crusty throwback. We’ve equipped the Line with a cutting-edge frame that’s lightweight yet bomber. Stable under pressure, yet playful when you’re looking to boost a little air or hit that next corner a bit faster than is, strictly speaking, wise.

The Line’s modern frame is dressed out in parts that are just as impressive. A Shimano 1×9 drivetrain lets you blaze through the gears with pinpoint precision every single time. Because we know hard-charging riders gravitate to these progressive trail bikes, we’ve also added a bit more security in the form of a chain guide with roller, a capable SR Suntour XCR 120mm travel fork (with a lock-out for those big climbing days) and powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes.

Climbs, descents, berms, a bit of jumping: the Line upholds the do-it-all hardtail tradition … without being traditional at all.

Ready Ride bikes are shipped 95 percent assembled. Typical bike assembly is time-consuming and requires technical know-how. Ready Ride reduces the time and skills needed for the final, four-step assembly.

Amazing

Review by Mitcham Anderson
Overall Quality

This bike is amazing. I got it as a intermediate bike where I could learn new tricks and techniques but still have a ton of fun on a black diamond trail. I recently took it on a one hundred mile ride where we had limited tools and it spanned over four days. With the sandy conditions and rough terrain the bike out preformed the trail. The only thing I had to fix was the quick release on the wheels came a bit loose.
The one by nine drive terrain I was iffy about at first but it was perfect for the trail with just the right power to maintain speed on the downhills but went low enough for steep technical climbs.
This company really took into consideration the customer and the miner details are proof with room to upgrade. Like the internal cable option to make it dropper post ready. The short stem and sharp hydraulic breaks are proof that this bike was built by someone who cares.
If anyone is considering getting this bike at all. DO IT! I have loved my and definitely will be coming back to diamondback in the future for my next bike. If anyone has any questions or wants more of my opinion on this bike feel free to contact me through my Instagram @mitchamanderson and I will be happy to help.
