The increased performance of a full suspension mountain bike doesn't need to come at a ridiculous cost. The simple, understated single pivot design of the Atroz uses sealed cartridge bearings to deliver smooth, durable performance, and 120mm of suspension travel will take the edge off all but the biggest roots and rocks on the trail. The frame is built using trusted aluminum alloy, so you know it's strong, and the formed and butted tubing makes sure to save weight wherever possible. With quick and stable 27.5” wheels, a SRAM1x9 drivetrain, and aggressive Kenda Nevegal tires, you'll have fun every time you head out on the trails.

Fantastic bike.Review by Vladimir
I'm only a beginner in the mountain biking world and figured this bike will be appropriate for me. It doesn't have top-of-the-line specs like other DB FS bikes, but I think it's a good stepping stone for someone looking to learn.
Delivery: The box was damaged during the delivery and was returned back to DB by FedEx without delivering it to me. The bike took a hit during the delivery, which bent the derailleur hanger. I was disappointed in DB that when they received the damaged bike they didn't inspect it and simply repackaged it in a different box with the hanger still bent.
Assembly: Bike came 90% assembled. All I had to do is attached the front wheel and handlebar. Supper easy, and I know nothing about assembling bikes. There are plenty of instructions in the manual and DB's website, including useful videos.
Issues: Like I mentioned above the derailleur hanger was bent during shipping. Obviously, gear shifting was completely out of whack. I contacted DB and they immediately sent me a new hanger. I took the bike to a local shop to get it installed. The shop also offered free bike inspection, which I'm glad I did. They found that both wheels were not trued and both brakes were not adjusted. The biggest issue they found was that the chain was 75% worn and needed to be replaced. Mind you I haven't even ridden the bike yet. I contacted DB again and they mailed a new chain. I was a bit disappointed to go thru these problems with a new bike, but DB customer service was excellent and got me back on my bike fairly quickly. I suggest taking your bike to your local bike shop for inspection and any adjustments. This will save you money on future repairs in the long run.
Bike: I absolutely love my bike. Love the color. I promise you will have tons of fun riding it. The suspension is a bit on the soft side, but it works fine for what I'm doing. Remember, I'm a beginner and not doing crazy jumps or anything.
Overall: I give the bike 5 stars even though I had some issues initially, but DB took care of them.(Posted on 4/19/2017)
ImpressedReview by Pballistic
I ordered the Atroz a week ago. It just arrived today and I have to say I'm impressed. For the price it seems to have all the features you would only expect on much more expensive bikes. I think if you are looking to get into mountain biking for under $1000 this is your ride. I looked at the local shops and they had other brands for $500-$1000 more andI don't think they would have been much of a difference. I'm going to change the shocks to Fox and I will have to order new brake levers because my right side came smashed in but other than that I think it's more than a solid rider for a great price!(Posted on 4/18/2017)
